    Department: CWO Office

    **Work Type:** Full Time (Total FTE between 0.9 and 1.0)

    **Shift:** Shift 1

    **Work Schedule:** 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 4:00:00 PM)

    **Pay Range:** $23.12 - $36.41 per hour

    Summary:

    This role will focus on the support of full client service delivery and the execution of the HR strategic initiatives as part of the Rush Experience, Learning and Development, and Wellness teams. This position coordinates resources, provides administrative support, identifies and recommends solutions for any problems in program or operational workflows, facilitates teamwork among services required for effective implementation, and reports data, findings, and recommendations to the appropriate members of the management team. Monitors department activity and schedules, organizes and participates in stakeholder meetings, and ensures that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists with strategy implementation and encourages solution-oriented direction to enhance the core areas of focus for the department.

    • Acts as a supportive team member and resource for all functions within the team.

    • Regularly prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and ensures the timely and accurate generation of regular frequency reports.

    • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Maintain and triage shared Rush Wellness email to assist and monitor clinical schedules, including sending and scheduling information, or escalating to leadership or other team members relevant correspondence .

    • Organize events, trainings, and large meetings, including scheduling, meeting notes, speaker/trainer coordination, and execution (organizing A/V, site logistics, content review / material collection, etc.).

    • Under supervision from leadership, support department content updates and standardization, including presentations, flyers, business cards, etc.

    • Under supervision from leadership and with support from other Rush departments, manage internal / external website content as well as build / organize digital content library.

    • Under supervision from leadership, support Rush Wellness projects as assigned.

    • Supports new employee and manager onboarding experience.

    • Communicate, educate, execute on recognition programs, philosophy, tools and resources.

    • Helps with Learning Management System (LMS) with tasks such as course creation, attendance, and additional maintenance.

    • Supports clients navigating and utilizing the LMS through ticketing and email communication.
