Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Palmyra, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and organizing data, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of records. This position requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and verify data across various digital platforms with precision.

• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records to ensure accessibility and compliance.

• Review incoming documents for errors or inconsistencies and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

• Conduct regular audits to validate the accuracy and integrity of data.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to align data accuracy with business requirements.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive data.

• Generate detailed reports from data systems and provide them to management as needed.

• Support administrative tasks, including file organization and record-keeping. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with strong typing and 10-key skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management.

• Ability to organize files and maintain accurate records.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and customer service software.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

• Previous experience with order entry and scanning processes.
