LOCATION : HYBRID IN OFFICE IN DES MOINES. * Easy location to commute to!

HIRE IN END OF MAY – BEGINNING OF JUNE! IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW THIS WEEK!!!

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE ** but once you get up to speed, you will be able to work from home and in office 3 days / week.

API INTEGRATION ANALYST – IN OFFICE DES MONES WEEKLY. YOU MUST RESIDE IN DES MOINES IOWA. ** If you live outside Des Moines, do not apply, MUST reside in Des Moines

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1-2 years of experience.

• API , XML, JSON, SQL, & Postman experience.

**This is NOT a programmer position.

* API's : Find bugs in APi's, Validate API's, and Test APi's.

WHAT TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

• API, XML, JSON, SQL.

• API's: Find bugs in API requests/responses, Validate API's, and Test APi's.

• You will have close collaboration with the Development team and business partners.

• This position is the integration with the business platform, including onboarding, testing, and validating partner and customer APIs.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining Postman Collections, conducting QA validation checks, and providing technical guidance for API consumption.

• This role requires team collaboration to align on design specs and ensure successful execution of APi integration and data files transfer.

• Data background

• Proficiency with Postman, XML and JSON are a must.

• Experience with tools like curl, POSTMAN, Fiddler, and Chrome Dev Console is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Communicating to test, validate, and confirm projects/changes are implemented/updated.

• Communicate with Customers directly - both external and internal, to update and understand changes related to projects & software status.

• Ability to analyze and understand internal & customer APIs, how they flow, may be RESTful and/or SOAP based APIs

• Understand XML / JSON

• Be able handle multiple projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in API testing, validation, or a related field with a focus on attention to detail.

• Proficiency in tools such as Postman, curl, and Chrome Dev Console.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration processes.

• Experience with debugging tools like Fiddler is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external customers.

• Ability to analyze and interpret API specifications and data flows.
