Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled UX Developer to join our team and bridge the gap between design and development. As a UX Developer, you will blend your expertise in front-end development with user experience principles to create seamless, interactive, and visually appealing digital products. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coding while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure an optimal balance between functionality, performance, and aesthetic perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Front-End Development: Build highly responsive and accessible web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

+ User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement designs and interactions that align with user-centered design principles and enhance usability.

+ Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers and product teams to ensure seamless integration between user interfaces and server-side functionality.

+ Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts and implement design adjustments based on data gathered through usability testing and user feedback.

+ Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end code to ensure fast load times, scalability, and mobile responsiveness across all devices and browsers.

+ Accessibility & Standards: Adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design for all users.

+ Technology Awareness: Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and tools in UX development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

kills & Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.

+ Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front-end development or UX development roles with a focus on delivering user-friendly web applications.

+ Technical Expertise: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with CSS preprocessors (such as SASS or LESS) is a plus.

+ UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

+ Hands-On Tools: Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

+ Developer Experience: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).

+ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
