Description
Core Duties and Responsibilities
+ Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision-making.
+ Conduct detailed operating analyses for the central business unit.
+ Assist in preparing business review presentations and analyses.
+ Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects aimed at process improvement and productivity enhancement.
+ Participate in the global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and report on financial performance.
+ Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics.
+ A minimum of 3+ years of experience in FP& A or corporate finance.
+ Broad understanding of finance and accounting principles.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.
+ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively across various levels of internal business stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to analyze and solve problems in an independent work environment.
+ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining performance expectations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with other financial software is preferred.
This role requires a financial professional who can blend analytical expertise with collaborative engagement to drive business performance and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
• Strong knowledge of business systems, data mining techniques, and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, auditing processes, and capital management.
• Ability to work with Confluence and other project management tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights to stakeholders.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
