Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Supervisor/Director to join our team in NEW YORK, New York, United States. This role primarily involves overseeing accounts within the advertising industry, with a focus on multicultural advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships

• Developing and executing annual plans for clients, aligning with their strategic objectives

• Supervising the creation of multicultural advertising campaigns, and ensuring they align with client goals and target markets

• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and making necessary adjustments for improvement

• Utilizing account management skills to identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs

• Leading and directing a team of account executives to meet client needs and agency objectives

• Overseeing the development and execution of print advertising initiatives to meet client objectives

• Ensuring all client accounts are handled professionally and all client communications are responded to in a timely and efficient manner

• Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for client growth. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Management, demonstrating the ability to efficiently coordinate and oversee accounts.

• Proficiency in Annual Planning, with the ability to strategize and execute comprehensive plans related to account management.

• Expertise in Print Advertising, including the development, execution, and evaluation of print advertising campaigns.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team of account executives.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding account performance objectives.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
