Description

+ Support and manage hardware, software, and integrated AV systems across diverse environments

+ Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance for commercial AV equipment

+ Load, configure, and test audio DSP files (e.g. Biamp, QSC)

+ Develop functional system schematics and review with internal design team to produce comprehensive and accurate construction-ready drawings

+ Conduct detailed reviews of incoming project scopes to ensure technical accuracy and compatibility of specified AV materials

+ Perform both remote and onsite diagnostics and repairs

+ Supervise technical operations to ensure optimal system performance

+ Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, providing clear and timely communication

Requirements

+ Minimum 2 years of AV industry experience or equivalent education/skills

+ Advanced knowledge of AV technologies, including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Cisco, Microsoft

+ Strong AV networking knowledge and experience with cabling and connector types

+ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
