Description We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs.

• Utilize strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, including design, technology, business, and user experience, to ensure seamless product delivery.

• Present product performance metrics and program successes to stakeholders and leadership.

• Identify and address technical, user, and business challenges within the organization.

• Guide product development efforts using Agile software development methodologies.

• Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for e-commerce and digital platforms.

• Conduct backlog grooming sessions to prioritize features and enhancements effectively.

• Foster partnerships across departments and leadership levels to achieve shared objectives.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies and apply innovative approaches to product management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of product management experience, specifically in digital customer experience for global or national brands.

• Strong expertise in leveraging hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.

• Demonstrated ability to lead others and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in presenting product performance metrics and program results.

• Ability to think strategically and take initiative to guide ideas into actionable plans.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and consumer digital commerce platforms.
