Our client, an innovative leader in the biotechnology sector, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join their team. Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately input and maintain large volumes of data into company databases and systems in compliance with biotech industry standards.
+ Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency to ensure data integrity.
+ Organize, update, and manage electronic and physical records related to research, laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance.
+ Assist in compiling, analyzing, and creating reports for internal teams, including research and development, and compliance departments.
+ Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing data, and collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
+ Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive and proprietary company data in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data priorities are met and deadlines are achieved.
+ Support other administrative tasks as needed, particularly to assist in streamlining operational workflows.
Requirements
+ Previous data entry experience is required; 1-3 years in a detail-intensive role, preferably in the biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field.
+ Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy (minimum 50 WPM).
+ Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
+ Working knowledge of database management systems (such as Salesforce, SharePoint, or Google Workspace).
+ Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to consistently handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Familiarity with biotech or life sciences terminology is a plus but not required.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
