Description We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Analyst to support the import operations team by efficiently managing data and documents related to global trade and tariffs. This permanent position requires advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, document redaction software like Adobe PDF, and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate thrives in independent work environments and has a keen ability to organize, analyze, and maintain critical data with precision. Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Pull and redact import invoices and related documents as required for sales requests. Tariff Analysis: Analyze monthly tariff impacts and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Spreadsheet Updates: Maintain and update the monthly ACH spreadsheet with accurate location and account details. Reference Table Maintenance: Update tariff reference tables to ensure alignment with global regulatory changes. Database Management: Utilize SAP sales reports to update customer-side databases and supplier cost changes. Data Analysis & Organization: Create and use pivot tables to organize and analyze complex tariff datasets efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems and business process functions.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in gap analysis and AB testing.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data organization.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in business processes.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents effectively.

• Experience in claim administration and supplier cost tracking.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
