    Description

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join the team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day data entry tasks and support the finance team by processing vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems

    + Process and track accounts payable invoices

    + Assist with invoice verification, approvals, and payment scheduling

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

    + Support administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in data entry or accounts payable preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, etc.)

    + Ability to step in and support other departments when needed
