We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing payments while maintaining organized financial records. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s financial operations and fostering strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices to confirm accuracy and secure proper approvals.

• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to maintain consistency in records.

• Accurately code and input invoices into the accounting system.

• Schedule and execute payments, including checks, wire transfers, and other methods.

• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly address any discrepancies.

• Respond to payment inquiries from vendors and internal teams with professionalism.

• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare related financial reports.

• Ensure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and internal controls.

• Provide necessary documentation and reports to support audits as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills to effectively handle vendor and internal inquiries.
