• Credit & Collections Supervisor/Manager – Rancho Dominguez, CA | Manufacturing

A well-established manufacturing firm in Rancho Dominguez is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Supervisor/Manager to lead credit approvals, collections, and AR operations. This is a key role ensuring financial accuracy and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and approve credit applications and financials

+ Monitor collections and keep AR within company terms

+ Manage daily cash receipts and freight claim submissions

+ Maintain resale certificates and sales tax rates (CA & AZ)

+ Ensure compliance with credit laws and reporting standards

+ Use AR systems, ADP Financial Services, and CRM tools effectively

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in credit/collections (manufacturing a plus)

+ Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

+ Familiar with sales tax, credit bureaus, and freight procedures

Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager

• Proficiency in 3M is essential for the role

• Must have experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed

• The role requires experience in B2B collections

• Must have proficiency in using CRM

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is important

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• The role entails dealing with Billing Functions, so experience in this area is required

• Must have experience in handling Cash Activity

• Proficiency in Cash Applications is a must for the role
