    Our client, a leading player in the property management industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support a variety of Human Resources functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.     Key Responsibilities

    + Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

    + Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, professional development workshops, and team-building events.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.

    + Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely assistance or escalating issues as appropriate.

    + Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting benefits-related questions.

    + Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company HR policies.

    + Aid with payroll processing by tracking employee hours, vacations, and leaves.

    + Generate HR reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

    + Collaborate with peers and leadership to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    Requirements

    + 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the property management or real estate industry.

    + Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

    + High attention to detail and excellent organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    + Familiarity with state and federal employment laws, such as FMLA, FLSA, and EEOC regulations.

    + A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
