Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care specialist to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth communication and support processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and interpersonal skills can make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records following established procedures.
• Offer technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, PC systems, and other technical products.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and distributors to streamline order management and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide customers through portals and knowledge bases to help them access relevant information and resources.
• Maintain brand awareness by representing the company in a detail-oriented and courteous manner during all interactions.
• Track progress and follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product management and order-related concerns in a proactive and efficient manner.
• Support inside sales efforts by providing relevant information and recommendations to customers.
• Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute to documentation updates.
Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience with order management systems and portals.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product management.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact courteously with customers and partners.
