Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and organization of electronic records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Implement and maintain compliance standards for records management systems.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Clintegrity, and Legalkey to streamline document processes.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper handling and storage of consumer electronic records.
• Generate reports and correspondence related to records management activities.
• Monitor and enhance workflows using advanced management systems.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance and integrity of stored data.
• Train team members on best practices for electronic records management.
• Respond to inquiries regarding records and provide support for document retrieval.
Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with records management systems such as Clintegrity and Legalkey.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Ability to handle correspondence and generate reports effectively.
• Expertise in data entry and maintaining electronic records.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and their integration into records management.
