Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an opportunity to work on complex cases and collaborate with a growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven ability to handle case management efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including gathering and reviewing evidence and preparing for trial.

• Utilize case management software, specifically Backdocket, to maintain organized and up-to-date case files.

• Assist attorneys during trial preparation and provide support throughout the litigation process.

• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress.

• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and court requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the legal team as needed. Requirements • 7-10 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.

• Familiarity with trial preparation and procedures; trial experience is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in using case management software, particularly Backdocket.

• Strong legal writing and document drafting skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work onsite during standard office hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
