Description
Our client is looking for an HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources strategies and operations. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker capable of balancing employee advocacy with business needs, helping build a strong and sustainable culture while managing key HR processes, compliance, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and compliance standards
+ Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to build high-performing teams across the organization.
+ Manage employee relations, ensuring prompt resolution of grievances and fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment.
+ Lead performance management and employee development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
+ Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitive alignment and employee satisfaction
+ Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR activities meet industry and legal standards.
+ Utilize HR analytics and tools to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
+ 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
+ Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or BambooHR) and HR analytics tools.
+ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
