Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in San Clemente, California. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and optimizing our investments, assets, and financial resources. Your tasks will encompass a wide range of activities, including data analysis, report preparation, and providing recommendations to enhance the value of our assets.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze the financial and operational performance of our current assets, including investment portfolios and real estate holdings.

• Conduct market research to assess the value, opportunities, and risks associated with various assets.

• Monitor market changes that could potentially impact asset performance.

• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to predict future asset performance.

• Develop accurate and concise reports summarizing your findings and recommendations.

• Present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes for asset acquisition, divestiture, or optimization.

• Ensure our asset management and investments comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and financial standards.

• Assist in financial audits and oversee the accuracy of records related to asset performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of portfolio holdings.

• Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risk and enhance return on investment.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure asset success against organizational goals.

• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, legal, and IT teams to ensure effective asset management.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Should be comfortable with CRM usage

• Crystal Reports knowledge is a must

• Ability to apply Data Mining Techniques is essential

• Must understand and be able to carry out Accounting Functions

• Accrual Accounting skills are required

• Experience in Auditing is necessary

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is vital

• Capital Management skills are required
