Description
We are looking for an Office Manager with Retail Banking/Brokerage Focus. As an Office Manager in a fast-paced and client-focused environment, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing expert guidance in account management processes. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and solid experience in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
+ Manage and maintain account opening processes for IRAs, brokerage accounts, and other financial products with precision and compliance to regulations.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking account-related guidance, offering exceptional customer service and expertise in retail banking/brokerage functions.
+ Coordinate workflows between different departments, serving as a liaison and enhancing operational efficiency.
+ Monitor office budgets and expenses to ensure accuracy in financial tracking.
+ Uphold compliance standards and maintain confidentiality in handling financial documents, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
+ Suggest process improvements to optimize account setup and customer assistance.
Requirements
+ At least 2+ years of experience in retail banking or brokerage operations, with hands-on experience opening accounts like IRAs and brokerage accounts.
+ Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, including CRM platforms and account management technologies.
+ Familiarity with regulatory guidelines pertaining to financial account setups such as FINRA, IRS, and KYC compliance.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills to support clients and coordinate team efforts.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
