Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining organized records. This is a long-term contract position in the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner to ensure financial records are up-to-date.

• Reconcile accounts to verify the accuracy of financial data and address any discrepancies.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Oracle to process invoices and manage data effectively.

• Conduct check runs and ensure payments are made according to established schedules.

• Categorize and code invoices to align with company policies and financial reporting standards.

• Maintain a well-organized filing system for invoices and payment records for easy access and compliance.

• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts payable matters.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations throughout all accounts payable activities.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support overall department efficiency.

• Monitor and report any irregularities or issues related to accounts payable operations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field, demonstrating attention to detail.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Strong skills in invoice processing and data entry with a focus on accuracy and precision.

• Familiarity with financial software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Oracle.

• Experience in coding invoices and categorizing financial transactions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address discrepancies effectively.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
