Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bradenton, Florida. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations and contribute to process improvements. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including verifying, entering, matching, and reconciling transactions.

• Support the Credit Control Manager in cash collection efforts, resolving outstanding payments, and responding to customer inquiries.

• Process customer credit card payments and handle intercompany billing activities.

• Oversee the creation and management of credit memos and returned goods transactions.

• Evaluate and process new credit requests while reviewing customer credit rankings.

• Assist in establishing terms and conditions for credit agreements with customers.

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company standards.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies, providing actionable recommendations to address issues.

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements • Prior experience in accounts receivable or credit control is required.

• Customer service experience is a valuable asset.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.

• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
