    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations through accurate general ledger management, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial accounting tasks.

    + Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to relevant standards.

    + Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

    + Utilize accounting tools such as QuickBooks and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records.

    + Partner with internal departments to drive finance initiatives and offer actionable financial insights.

    + Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

    + Ensure compliance with applicable governmental accounting standards and internal controls.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Proven experience in general ledger and financial accounting

    + Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

    + Solid understanding of corporate finance and familiarity with governmental accounting standards.

    + Demonstrated expertise in cash flow analysis and financial reporting.

    + Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy.

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
