    Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Web Design/Figma) - Contract to Hire

    Opportunity:

    We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team! This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for both visual design and web aesthetics. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand and digital experiences to life through compelling graphics and user-friendly web designs. If you're a detail-oriented designer with a solid understanding of Figma and a desire to contribute to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply!

    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create visually appealing and effective graphics for various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.).

    + Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web projects using Figma.

    + Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

    + Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

    + Assist in the creation of website assets, including icons, banners, and imagery.

    + Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

    + Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    + Manage and organize design files effectively.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and web design.

    + Proficiency in Figma is essential.

    + Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

    + Experience with web design fundamentals, including responsive design and usability.

    + Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

    + Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design projects.

    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Must be located in the Orlando or Miami, Florida area and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

    Bonus Points For:

    + Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development workflows.

    + Motion graphics or video editing skills.

    + Experience with project management tools.
