Committed to serving more babies in need of protection against respiratory syncytial virus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand strategy and execution, and in preparing against competitive threats. You will work as a Global Brand Manager, while also assisting the Global Brand Lead in leading cross functional teams.
The role is highly visible with a unique opportunity to work for a blockbuster product, identified as one of the top company priority brands and growth driver, with EUR 2-5Bn peak sales.

Main Responsibilities
+ **Brand Management** : drive the brand strategy and related narrative backed with rigorous comprehension of product scientific data and competitive activity. New focus consists in uniquely positioning our brand and its outstanding benefits, including real-world evidence
+ Co-Lead the development of a new Global branded customer campaign with positioning, brand identity, key messages, value proposition in collaboration with other GBLT functions
+ Design and implement brand archetypes to provide a framework for continuous prioritization and to optimize Glocal delivery of Beyfortus launches
+ Lead the implementation strategies and execution across markets
+ Play a key role in the development of a comprehensive, cross functional Global Brand Plan, including clear definition of Global and Local priorities to ensure clear accountabilities. Ensure its alignment with Stratplan
+ Understand and generate customers’ insights to develop and execute brand plan, including customer visit for deep comprehension
+ **GBT Leadership:** lead large GBT meetings preparation, and facilitation.
+ **Leadership and Personal Development** : demonstrate ownership of, and execute personal development plan by proactively engaging in efforts to improve job performance, individually and for the GBT.
About You
+ Innovative and strong marketer, with previous experience in taking products to launch or growing a key brand in highly competitive environment
+ At least 7-8 years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Ideally with previous experience in country marketing (US is preferred) and in field sales
+ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required within a scientific and /or business discipline
+ Strong strategic thinking, strong written and presentation skills, preferred experience with executive committee
+ Experience with commercial topics such as payer systems, policy strategy development, market research, customer segmentation and messaging development
+ Scientific interest in the fundamentals of the disease and product
+ Transversal and project management skills with effective collaboration and partnership across matrix organizations to positively impact business results
+ Ability to operate effectively under pressure, willing to take charge and provide leadership.

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
