Position Summary

The Associate Planner will execute business plans that achieve enterprise goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, seasonal replenishment, and customer satisfaction. This person will be working collaboratively with cross functional internal and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support the achievement of inventory targets, service metrics and enterprise EBIT goals

• Collaborate with internal and external partners on product flow, item forecasts, seasonal/promo plans, and new item launches

• Establish effective partnerships with the vendor community to capitalize on supply chain product flow opportunities

• Perform Supply Chain flow disruption analyses and take proactive measures to minimize or eliminate availability issues

• Execute seasonal programs for multiple categories to ensure timely product flow to stores

• Ability to receive feedback and adapt behaviors and plans accordingly

This candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Replenishment and will work alongside other Planners within Supply Chain in a support role.

Required Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Proficiency in supply chain planning systems

+ Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, or inventory management

+ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

+ Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

+ Prior experience with SQL, PowerBI tools

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
