Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a **Java Full Stack Developer** to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

+ Work with development teams and product managers to conceptualize software solutions

+ Design client-side and server-side architecture

+ Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

+ Develop and handle well-functioning databases and applications

+ Write effective APIs

+ Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

+ Fix, debug and upgrade software

+ Build security and data protection settings

+ Build features and applications with a mobile adaptable design

+ Write user documentation

+ Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Required Qualifications

+ Confirmed experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

+ Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

+ Familiarity with common stacks

+ Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

+ Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

+ Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

+ Superb communication and teamwork skills

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Interpersonal skills

+ An analytical mind

+ Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $65,447– $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
