Safety Trainer - Relief

If you're a trainer with experience working in the human service industry looking to earn extra income by way of a flexible, relief / per diem opportunity - Riverside Community Care would like to hear from you!

We are seeking an energetic trainer with a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals, and experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs.

The Safety Trainer will be responsible for providing de-escalation safety trainings to create a positive impact on the well-being of the staff and people served.

Schedule: Relief - Trainings take place every other week, totaling 18 hours biweekly!

+ Monday - 2 hours

+ Wednesday - 8 hours

+ Thursday - 8 hours

Required Skills

+ Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals

+ Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills for in person and virtual trainings

+ Willingness to become certified in Welle De-Escalation Safety Training

+ Experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs preferred

Required Experience

+ Bachelor's degree preferred
