Adecco is currently hiring a **Formulation Engineering Support Technician** to assist with advancing formulation processes and pilot plant trials in a dynamic, hands-on role.

     

    •️ Key Responsibilities:

    + Support formulation engineers in scaling up new and existing manufacturing technologies.

    + Assist in evaluating equipment and developing new formulation processes.

    + Contribute to planning and executing pilot plant trials.

    + Handle materials and perform basic processing tasks: weighing, calculating, documenting procedures.

    + Maintain organized project support across multiple technical activities.

    + Operate a forklift and follow PPE/safety protocols to maintain high HSE standards.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience in formulation process development or manufacturing required.

    + Technical skills aligned with TCDS and demonstrated on-the-job training or experience.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

    + Familiar with continuous improvement practices and process risk assessments.

    + Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

    + Material handling and processing documentation experience.

    + Forklift and PPE experience a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
