General Purpose

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and general repairs to support overall plant operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine equipment maintenance including greasing, oiling, and cleaning machines

+ Dispose of materials according to company procedures

+ Complete general maintenance and support tasks across departments

+ Maintain proper records of completed work and update systems accordingly

+ Ensure availability of tools and materials for maintenance jobs

+ Assist in cleanup and maintain a safe, organized workstation according to 5S principles

+ Identify and report workplace hazards or safety concerns

+ Demonstrate and uphold company core values: Integrity, Customer Responsiveness, Innovation, Passionate Contribution & Empowerment, and Continuous Improvement

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to follow directions and adapt to shifting priorities

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred but Not Required

+ No previous work experience is necessary for highly motivated candidates willing to learn and grow

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day

+ Frequent lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs., occasional lifting up to 70 lbs., and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.

+ Use of pneumatic tools, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and overhead work

+ Exposure to dust, fumes, and non-climate-controlled environments

+ Steel-toed shoes required

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
