A fast-growing retail company in the beauty and wellness industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our Los Angeles-based team. This position plays a key role in managing daily HR operations including full-cycle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, benefits support, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate is experienced with ADP Workforce Now, has a solid understanding of California labor law, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

+ 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruiting and payroll support

+ Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now

+ Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance standards

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

+ Bilingual in English and Korean

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year
