Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Patient Care Coordinator** in Deltona, FL! This role is in person / onsite. Please review the details below and reply with an updated resume.
**Position Type** : Three-month contract, with opportunity for extension or fulltime offer
**Schedule** : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
**Pay** : $17.00-19.00 per hour
**Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator** :
+ Greets patients as they arrive and manages 10 minute wait time.
+ Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents.
+ Answers phones and schedules appointments.
+ Assist with coordination and processing of all patient referrals for specialty services.
+ Responsible for accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, balancing daily collections, data-entry, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel.
+ Works daily reports, incomplete task, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures.
+ Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely manner.
+ Will assist primarily with high volume inbound calls.
**Qualifications** **of the Patient Care Coordinator** :
+ High school/GED or equivalent
+ 2+ years of customer service and data entry
+ Experience with eCW (EMR system) _(preferred)_
+ Bilingual Spanish speaking _(preferred)_

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
