    Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

     

    Pay: $21/hr | Weekly Pay

     

    We’re looking for a **Warehouse Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you’ll receive and verify incoming materials, organize warehouse inventory using WMS, and help prepare and ship orders globally—ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

    Essential Functions and Duties:

    + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials against shipping documents

    + Accurately label, store, and track raw materials using warehouse management systems (WMS)

    + Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low-stock alerts

    + Prepare, pack, and load outgoing shipments in compliance with international shipping regulations (including customs and export documentation)

    + Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries

    + Generate bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and export declarations as needed

    + Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, or country-specific export rules)

    + Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound materials and transaction logs

    + Adhere to company SOPs, safety protocols, and ISO or quality standards

    + Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to prioritize material flow

    + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

    + Assist with warehouse organization, cycle counts, and regular audits

    What You’ll Need:

    + Knowledge of international shipping regulations & customs documentation

    + Inventory control experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

    + Logistics coordination skills

    + Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

    + Great attention to detail and time management

    + Ability to lift 30-50lbs consistently

    Nice to Have:

    + Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and Incoterms

    + ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
