    Durable Medical Equipment / Home Oxygen Supervisor Description:

    The primary purpose of the job is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of Sheridan Memorial’s Durable Medical Equipment and Home Care in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. DME and Home Care include oxygen, foot clinic, private aide, lifeline, respite and hospice aide.

    Hours:

    Full-time; M-F, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

     

    40 hours per week.

     

    Rotating night/weekend call required.

     

    Benefit Eligible. 1.00 FTE.

    Requirements:

    Must possess a Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license or obtain within 3 months in our CNA training program. Will be required to provide your own transportation to and from patients’ residences and carry liability insurance coverage on your personal vehicle. Must be able to develop and implement staffing patterns and supervise patient referrals to appropriate personnel. Must have experience and demonstrate skills in leadership and management.
