    The Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.

     

    *4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100 miles.

    * Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus *unless* specifically noted in your offer letter.

    Requirements:

    * Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

    * Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT in the State of California

    * Current BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association

    Preferred Experience:

    * At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
