    Job Responsibilities

    1. To furnish supplies to the appropriate work centers

    2. Remove finished goods from the production area

    3. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Minimum Qualifications

    ***** Previous work experience required working with minimal supervision

    ***** Ability to work with others as a team

    ***** Knowledge of the inventory system

    ***** Ability to obtain a PV3 License

    ***** Knowledge of shop floor reporting system

    ***** Knowledge of AS/400 system

    ***** Knowledge of the RF Scanning System

    ***** No performance work actions in the last 6 months

    ***** No attendance work actions in the last 6 months

    ***** PHYSICAL: Ability to lift 50 pounds from a pallet to waist height

    Preferred Qualifications

    ***** PV3 License

    ***** Previous related work experience

    ***** Must have a Forklift and Rider Jack License with no poor driving reports

    At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.15, 6 months $21.51, 1 year $22.16 per hour.
