REVENUE FINANCE SPECIALIST/K12 ASSISTANT COORDINATOR - CORPORATE OFFICE (WILLMAR, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop a working knowledge of the Foodservice Finance systems including HDS, K-12, and Forge.
+ Rebate Management through routine recurring monthly quarterly and annual rebates as well as growth contracts.
+ Bid and Contract Management by reviewing and assisting with K12 bids, state participation agreements and other necessary documents.
+ Customer and Broker support by providing product information, updating spec sheets and other necessary documents.
+ Support Foodservice and Finance staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
+ Solid knowledge of Excel.
+ Working knowledge of adjacent departments such as marketing, sales and deductions.
+ High attention to detail for reviewing end payments to rebate customers and reviewing technical contracts.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Ability to be become a notary.
Preferred
+ A two-year business-related degree or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related accounting or finance or administrative discipline.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.25-$24.25 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
