Position OverviewPerforms treatment planning for patients according to the treatment regimen prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Maintain the diagnostic and therapeutic equipment needed to serve patients.

Work Shift and Schedule:

This is a per diem position, which means you will work on an as needed, agreed upon basis. Working hours will be assigned by your manager.

Compensation Range:

$72.10 - $108.15 per hour, depending on experience

This position is not eligible for benefits.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

+ A master's degree in physics, medical physics, biophysics, radiological physics, medical health physics, or equivalent disciplines from an accredited college or university

Preferred:

+ Not Applicable

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

+ New York State licensure in Medical Physics with professional specialty are of Therapeutic Radiological

+ Certification within one (1) year of employment by:

+ The American Board of Radiology; or

+ The American Board of Medical Physics in Medical Health Physics
