Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and overnight options.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates starting at $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

+ Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life.

+ Monitor clients’ physical condition by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

+ Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

+ Accompany clients to medical appointments and engage in recreational activities.

+ Document daily activities, observations, and client progress.

+ Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.

+ Be attentive to clients' needs and preferences, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

+ Must possess a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from a recognized program.

+ Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
