    Job Title: QA Specialist

     

    Type: Contract

    Overview:

    Global Medical Device company looking to hire an experienced quality professional to join their team and assist with product recalls. Must bring quality and customer service experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + In support of the Product Field Action team, implement quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process.

    + Assess potential risks, ensure compliance and give recommendations.

    + Take responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process (intake, record documentation, destruction, internal and external customer communications).

    + Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections.

    + Coordinates quality trainings.

    Requirements:

    + BS Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences

    + 2+ years of experience in QA

    + Customer Service Experience Preferred
