TSA Enrollment Agent
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 10:00am - 7:00pm EST
Objective:
This position is responsible for verifying customer identity and scan required documents into the database system, complete required biometric and data capture processes, and manage paperwork for each customer. Additionally, this position tracks processing times for each applicant, ensuring they are processed in the appropriate order and identify opportunities to provide more products and services to customers.
Description:
+ Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
+ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot fingerprinting and enrollment equipment, including computer hardware and software.
+ Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system with precision.
+ Successfully complete biometric and data capture processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Track applicant processing times and maintain an efficient workflow.
+ Capture high-quality fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program standards.
+ Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
Skills/Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
+ Strong communication and writing skills
+ Proficiency with computer operations and multi-use software
+ Experience in face-to-face customer service in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
