Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

+ Conduct comprehensive health assessments.

+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

+ Develop and implement patient care plans.

+ Prescribe medications and therapies.

+ Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

+ Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.

+ Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications

+ At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics (no exceptions)

+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

+ Completion of state mandated educational courses

Compensation and Benefits:

+ Annual Salary: $135,000 - $177,000 per year, Depending on experience

Pay Range

$64.87 - $85.16 /hour
