The Tech@Lilly Premium Services team is looking for User Experience Analysts with expertise in MO365, Windows and Macs and iOS devices. What You’ll Be Doing
The Technical Pathway Program is an 13-18 month intensive fixed duration (FDE) professional development program during which the apprentice receives a combination of formal training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring in a key functional area to be equipped to compete for a Lilly position after successful completion of the apprenticeship. IDS Technical Pathways apprentices will complete an IT certification, relevant to the job they are apprenticing in, that is paid for by Lilly, as part of their participation in the Technical Pathways Apprenticeship Program.
Analysts will be the “face of IT”, working directly with employee to address computer issues, questions and concerns. Analysts will proactively work with customers to create world class digital user experience. Work will focus on improving productivity and embracing technology through proactive identification/remediation of potential hardware issues, leveraging data analytics to determine areas of focus, and educating users on processes, policies and procedures. Some on-call after hours may be required. Our analysts are the primary point of contact for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications for the most critical functions of the company. The Premium Services team supports new hire onboarding, Submission teams, the Lilly Sales force and the Executive community. We also own an on-demand Pop Up Tech Lounge that travels around the country providing excellent in-person support right where its needed! This role is 100% onsite 5 days a week. You will be assigned to the LCC campus but may be asked to travel to different sites based on the need.

What You Should Bring
+ Passion for learning new technology and educating users.
+ Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills required: ability to partner with other Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues; must be able to translate technical content for non-technical customers
+ Working knowledge in the set-up, configuration, and use of computer hardware, software, and network including internet security and data privacy principles
+ Diagnostic and problem-solving skills with focus on end point devices, peripherals, and advanced knowledge of all O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Azure, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
+ Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS)
+ Project management and organizational skills
Your Basic Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED

+ Completed AI fundamentals Certification
+ Completed Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$14.61 - $40.87
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
