Sales Specialist- Collison Repair, 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division (Los Angeles, CA)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the Collision Shop Sales Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

+ Leads sales effort across all 3M brands/products into assigned accounts

+ Implements programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor

+ Determines priorities, frequencies and call patterns so as to be most effective an productive

+ Supports St Paul and Regional programs and initiatives

+ Willingness to work irregular schedule as necessary

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

+ High School Diploma with seven (7) years B2B sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket or Industrial markets in a private, public, government, or military environment

OR

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

AND

+ Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

+ Automotive Aftermarket Collision training or education

+ Seven (7) years B2B sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket or Industrial markets

+ Strong oral, written and presentation skills

+ Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint is preferred

+ Fluency in English and Spanish (Verbal and written)

+ Ability to travel 25%

Work location: Los Angeles, CA

Travel: May include up to 25% overnight travel within the territory

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $88,157 - $107,748, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
