We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electronics Engineer to join our team. With a focus on power conversion and microcontroller integration, this role involves studying and improving existing circuits and electrical devices, both analog and digital. The position offers the opportunity to test and troubleshoot systems, develop technical content, and support root cause and corrective action activities. You will play an integral role in transitioning our electronic systems from old to new school, working directly with customers and seeing projects come full circle.
Responsibilities
+ Study and understand existing circuits and electrical devices, both analog and digital.
+ Generate and implement product and process improvements, focusing on power conversion and microcontroller integration.
+ Test and troubleshoot systems, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and prototypes.
+ Develop and review technical content, including test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, and Engineering Change Orders.
+ Manage configuration procedures, documentation, and test reports.
+ Support root cause and corrective action activities.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in schematic reading and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with Linux, C+, and Python programming.
+ Embedded microprocessor and microcontroller programming skills.
+ BS degree in Engineering with 2-4 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
+ Must be a U.S.citizen and eligible for DOD security clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Hands-on experience with AC and DC powered systems and electro-magnetic interference.
+ Self-motivated and able to take initiative without direction.
+ Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
+ Team-oriented with strong people skills for effective collaboration.
+ Comfort and capability with hands-on lab work.
+ Exposure to CAN programming is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $53.88/hr.
