    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will grow into a Warehouse Yard Worker. This position involves responsibility for pressure washing, cleaning safety equipment, and assisting the warehouse yard worker. You will have the opportunity to become a yard worker once transitioning directly within the company.

    Responsibilities

    + Pressure wash and clean trench safety equipment.

    + Organize toolboxes and assist warehouse yard workers in various duties.

    + Perform general labor tasks to support the team.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment.

    + Exhibit a 'put me in coach' mentality and avoid a 'not my job' attitude.

    + Meet physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, open garage with large doors that facilitate air circulation. The facility spans approximately 45,000 square feet, organized with yellow safety lines. Enjoy 30-minute lunch breaks, two 10-minute breaks, and a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, with occasional extension to 5:15pm. Experience a supportive and structured environment without overnight shifts or weekend work.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
