Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our organized maintenance team within a union facility. The role involves approximately 60% reactionary maintenance and 40% preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including resistance welders, presses, molding machines, and robotic arms. With a mix of older and newer equipment, each day presents unique challenges and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

+ Perform reactionary and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Utilize the custom built CMMS system for managing PMs and work orders.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting 480v electrical systems.

+ Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.

+ Experience in preventative maintenance.

+ Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.

+ Possession of trade school or maintenance certificates.

Work Environment

The position is within a union facility with openings on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 10pm. Voluntary daily overtime is available, with work scheduled every other weekend. The maintenance department is highly organized, with well-established systems and processes, including an efficient tool crib and the upcoming launch of a custom built CMMS. The pay range for this position is $54059.20 - $60881.60/yr.
