    Machine Operators Needed In Cedar Rapids

     

    1st and 3rd Shift Available

     

    $21 - $23 to Start

    JOB DUTIES

    + Set up, operate, and break down machines and production equipment

    + Make adjustments to machinery as needed to keep quality standards

    + Change out parts and tools

    + Load and unload materials from machines

    + Monitor production, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

    + Perform quality testing

    + Use basic math and measuring skills

    + Stack products, package and palletize

    REQUIREMENTS

    + Valid driver's license AND reliable transportation

    + 1+ year of machine operating or manufacturing experience

    + Computer skills (data entry experience)

    + Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted

    + Ability to stand, walk, crouch for up to 12 hours at a time

    + Strong mechanical aptitude (to troubleshoot and do repairs on machinery)

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
