Aerotek is hiring for a Maintenance Electrician! ($30.00 - $35.00/hour)
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance, handling equipment changeovers, and diagnosing issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records, managing parts inventory, and executing emergency repairs. Your expertise will be applied to Injection Molding machines, compressors, conveyors, and robotic systems.
Responsibilities
+ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, motors, controls, and electronic devices.
+ Diagnose and repair PLC systems and other electronic equipment, programming machine logic as necessary.
+ Interpret technical documents such as schematics, blueprints, manuals, and hydraulic diagrams.
+ Identify and resolve issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process systems.
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
+ Assess equipment for potential improvements and tag parts needing repair or replacement.
+ Conduct equipment changeovers as scheduled by the Maintenance Manager or Production Manager.
+ Carry out building maintenance tasks as required.
+ Keep accurate records to support the Computerized Maintenance Management Software, including work orders and parts inventory.
Core Skills
+ Strong knowledge of pneumatics, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
+ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems and blueprint reading.
+ Understanding of hydraulics, industrial maintenance, conveyors, and electrical systems.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, industrial repair, relay systems, and electrical maintenance.
+ Experience with injection molding machines or similar industrial equipment.
+ Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and interpreting schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in reading and interpreting schematics, parts manuals, blueprints, and sketches.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and program machine logic systems.
+ Familiarity with electronic devices and building electrical maintenance.

Work Environment
This position is open for the 2nd shift, operating from 3pm - 11:30pm and 3rd shift, operating from 11pm to 7:30am, in a SQF certified manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00/yr.
