    Job Description

    As a Supervisor, you will oversee operations within our facility to achieve higher output and provide leadership and technical direction to improve team performance according to key departmental metrics. You will establish standard processes and tools, manage personnel performance—including employee reviews, disciplinary actions, time and attendance, overtime assignments, and employee training. Additionally, you will report daily key metrics, adhere to daily targets, assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires, and ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility.

    Responsibilities

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, engineering, or a related field.

    + 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of providing manufacturing production supervision over assigned personnel.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
